Baxter Stockman 87 Baxter Stockman was once a brilliant scientist working for the Shredder and the Foot Clan. He was tasked with creating a new breed of mutants to aid in their conquest of New York City. However, during an experiment gone wrong, Stockman was accidentally exposed to a mutagen that transformed him into a fly-like creature. Embarrassed and enraged by his new appearance, Stockman became bitter and resentful, blaming the Shredder for his condition. He eventually went rogue, setting up his own operation in the sewers of New York, where he continued to experiment on insects and other creatures in an attempt to find a cure for his transformation. Despite his intelligence, Stockman's short temper and disdain for others make him a dangerous and unpredictable ally or enemy.
