One day, Masayoshi is called to the RahXephon base to investigate a strange phenomenon. He discovers that a giant alien robot has appeared in the sky. The robot is attacking the city and Masayoshi is the only one who can stop it. He pilots the RahXephon and fights the robot. The battle is long and hard, but Masayoshi eventually defeats the robot and saves the city. After the battle, Masayoshi is hailed as a hero. He is given a medal and a promotion. He is also given the opportunity to join a special forces unit that is dedicated to fighting alien threats. Masayoshi accepts the offer and joins the unit. He continues to fight for peace and justice, and he always puts others before himself.
