Rasetsu is a time traveler from the future who has come to the present to play soccer. He is an incredibly talented player and has joined a team called Inazuma Eleven GO: Chrono Stone. Rasetsu has blinding bangs that cover his eyes and he has no eyebrows, which makes him stand out from other players. He also has pointy ears, which he attributes to his alien heritage.
