How to play Emberdeep

Play Emberdeep free online. Dig a voxel hollow by day, craft an iron pick, torches and the Ember Beacon, then hold the altar dais through three nights of Gloamlings before the third dawn goes cold.

Move with W A S D or the arrow keys and jump with Space. Drag the hollow to turn the camera, or use Q and E. Hold the left mouse button or F to dig, press the right mouse button or R to place the selected block, and strike a Gloamling with the left button or F when it is in reach. Craft with C or the Craft button, pick a build block with 1 to 5, and carry the Ember Beacon to the altar dais where it seats itself. P or Escape pauses and keeps the run.

Why players come back to Emberdeep

The hollow, the ore veins and the canopy are seeded by the day, so every descent is a new map with the same three-night clock. Chasing a better score means digging deeper, banking light before dusk, and cutting a Gloamling down before it reaches the altar.

Emberdeep strategy

Work the daylight in a loop. Fell canopy for wood, quarry stone and coal near the surface, then dig for iron and ember crystal only after the iron pick is in the satchel. Ring the altar with torches before dusk, because a Gloamling that crosses fire loses health every second it stays lit and burns outright at sunrise.
