One day, Lime is kidnapped by a group of evil scientists who plan to use her for their own nefarious purposes. Seiji and his friends set out on a rescue mission, and they eventually succeed in saving Lime. However, the scientists have already succeeded in implanting a computer chip in Lime's brain that will allow them to control her. Seiji and his friends must now find a way to remove the chip from Lime's brain before it is too late. They travel to the remote island of Aitheria, where they meet a group of rebels who are fighting against the scientists.
