One day, Kayato is walking home from school when he sees a strange creature. The creature is small and furry, with big eyes and a long tail. Kayato has never seen anything like it before. The creature runs up to Kayato and starts talking to him. Kayato is surprised to find that the creature can speak human language. The creature introduces himself as Neko, and tells Kayato that he is from another world. Neko says that he was lost, and Kayato helped him find his way home. Kayato and Neko become friends, and they spend a lot of time together. Neko tells Kayato about his world, and Kayato tells Neko about Earth. One day, Neko tells Kayato that he has to go back to his own world. Kayato is sad to see Neko go, but he knows that Neko has to go home. Neko says goodbye to Kayato, and then he disappears.
