One day, a young boy named Hiroki stumbles upon Varda and befriends her. Hiroki teaches Varda about the world outside of Kiss Dum, and Varda begins to learn about emotions and human interaction. As they grow closer, Varda develops feelings for Hiroki, but she is unable to express them. She is afraid that if she tells him how she feels, he will reject her. One day, Hiroki is kidnapped by a group of aliens. Varda goes to rescue him, but she is captured as well. The aliens take Varda and Hiroki to their home planet, where they are forced to work as slaves. Varda is determined to escape, and she eventually finds a way to free herself and Hiroki. The two of them return to Kiss Dum, where they live happily ever after.
