Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz was born in the tri-state area, where he grew up with a passion for science and a desire for power. As a young man, he attended a prestigious university and earned a degree in engineering. However, his ambitions were not satisfied with simply designing and building machines. He wanted to create devices that could control the world around him, and so he began experimenting with "inators" - machines that could manipulate various aspects of the environment.
