Secco became a street urchin and started to get involved in petty crime. He was eventually arrested and sent to juvenile detention. While in detention, Secco met Bruno Bucciarati, who was also a prisoner. Bucciarati took Secco under his wing and taught him how to fight. Secco became Bucciarati's loyal follower and they eventually formed the Passione gang.
Secco is a powerful Stand user and his Stand, Oasis, allows him to create a liquid that can dissolve anything. He is also a skilled fighter and is not afraid to use violence to get what he wants.
Secco is a complex character who is both loyal and ruthless. He is willing to do whatever it takes to protect his friends and his gang, but he is also capable of great violence. Secco is a dangerous man, but he is also a victim of his circumstances.
