Susumu OKI Susumu OKI is a young boy who lives in a small town on the coast of Japan. He has always loved the sea, and he dreams of one day becoming a submarine captain. One day, he is walking along the beach when he sees a strange object in the water. He swims out to investigate, and he finds a small submarine. The submarine is unmanned, but it is clearly Japanese. Susumu takes the submarine back to his house, and he begins to study it. He soon discovers that the submarine is a prototype for a new type of submarine that is being developed by the Japanese Navy. Susumu is determined to learn how to pilot the submarine, and he eventually succeeds. He then uses the submarine to fight against the evil forces that are threatening Japan.
