Once upon a time, there was a happy-go-lucky guy named hApPy gUy. He was always smiling and spreading joy wherever he went. In the special, the Happy Fella is a cheerful happy-go-lucky doll that has a caring personality. But in the real world, it's a sadistic killer who actively likes to sneak up on its victims. Its savagery is demonic.
It is possessed by Dexter. His mental state is visible by how dishevelled his hair is. He has brown hair and blue overalls with an orange sweater and shoes. his grin is chaotic.

Smiley Bird
Smiley Bird is a young boy who lives in a junk alley. He is always happy and smiling, even though he lives in a poor and dirty place. One day, Smiley Bird meets a mysterious old man named Mr. Stain. Mr. Stain tells Smiley Bird that he is a wizard, and that he can grant Smiley Bird one wish. Smiley Bird wishes for a new home, and Mr. Stain grants his wish.
Smiley Bird is so happy with his new home that he starts to sing and dance. His singing and dancing attracts the attention of a group of bullies. The bullies start to pick on Smiley Bird, but he doesn't fight back. He just keeps smiling and singing.
The bullies are eventually so embarrassed by their own behavior that they leave Smiley Bird alone. Smiley Bird continues to live in his new home, and he continues to be happy and smiling. He is a reminder that even in the worst of times, there is always hope.
