One day, Mitsuki is walking home from school when she is attacked by a group of thugs. She is outnumbered and outmatched, but she refuses to give up without a fight. Just when it seems like she is about to be defeated, she is saved by a mysterious stranger. The stranger introduces himself as King and tells Mitsuki that she has been chosen to play a game. The game is simple: each player must kill another player within a certain amount of time. If they fail, they will be killed themselves.
