The fight lasts for hours, and both men are badly injured. In the end, Ginji is victorious, but he is also mortally wounded. As Ginji lies dying, he tells Rock that he is a good man. He also tells Rock that he should never give up on his dreams. With those words, Ginji dies. Rock is deeply affected by Ginji's death. He realizes that Ginji was a true warrior, and he vows to never forget him.
