Hitoshi Shinsou is a quirkless student at U.A. High School who has always been fascinated by quirks. He spent years studying them and even created a device that could temporarily give someone a quirk for a short period of time. One day, while experimenting with his device, he accidentally activated a quirk on himself that he didn't know existed. The quirk, called "Cat Quirk," allows him to transform into a cat for a short period of time.
