In the end, Metatron and Yuri are successful in defeating the demons and saving the human world. Metatron then returns to heaven, where he continues to protect the human world from evil.

Metatron Metatron, the twin angel of the Angel Sanctuary anime, is a powerful and enigmatic being with a rich backstory. Born as the twin brother of the angel Sandalphon, Metatron was raised in the Angel Sanctuary, a hidden realm where angels live in peace and harmony. However, their idyllic existence was shattered when a group of rebellious angels, led by the angel Raziel, rose up against the ruling angels and sought to overthrow the Sanctuary's government.

Metatron Metatron is a skilled fighter and expert in the use of Accelerated World technology. He was once a member of the powerful group known as the Black Legion, but he left them after growing tired of their cruel tactics and desire for power.
