Leon Scott Kenndy was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He always had a knack for languages and studied them extensively throughout his education. After graduating from college, he joined the CIA and quickly rose through the ranks due to his intelligence and language skills. He was assigned to the Turkish language division and spent several years in Turkey working on various intelligence projects.
