Guame was created by the Spiral King, Lordgenome, as a weapon to destroy the human race. He is incredibly powerful, and his flames are so hot that they can melt through anything. The only thing that can defeat Guame is the Gurren Lagann, a giant mecha piloted by Simon and Kamina. The Gurren Lagann is equipped with a drill that can pierce through Guame's armor, and its Spiral Energy is so powerful that it can even destroy Guame's flames. In the end, the Gurren Lagann is victorious, and Guame is defeated. However, Lordgenome escapes, and the battle is not over yet.
