Adonis "Donnie" Creed Adonis "Donnie" Creed is the illegitimate son of the late and former world champion Apollo Creed. After spending his early years in foster care and juvenile hall, he is adopted by Mary Anne Creed, Apollo's widow. Donnie lives a life of luxury and maintains a stable white-collar job, but he abandons it to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a professional boxer.
