JayJay JayJay had always been a bit of an outsider. Growing up in the deep, dark depths of the Octarian underworld, he had never really fit in with the other Octarians. He was always more interested in exploring the surface world and learning about the strange creatures that lived there. So, when he heard about Splatsville, a city where all sorts of creatures could live together in peace, he knew he had to go.

Agent 3 A normal inkling that wandered into a manhole in Inkopolis Plaza, then became Agent 3 of the New Squidbeak Splatoon. Agent 3 is against DJ Octavio, the Octarians, and the Octolings, mainly because they are the culprits behind the disappearance of the Great Zapfish. Agent 3 is on an adventure to go through Octo Valley and stop DJ Octavio, and restore the Great Zapfish. Agent 3 usually doesn't speak. At least, not in the games. (and agent 3 is a kid, 14 years old.)
