Rumia Originating from Touhou Project's "Embodiment of Scarlet Devil", Rumia is a blonde, red-eyed youkai resembling a human girl with no additional features, but her hair and skin are photosensitive. Living in Gensokyo, she's supposed to hunt humans, but she's lazy, sometimes not as committed to the job. She's usually flying around Gensokyo enveloped in a sphere of darkness, wandering to find whatever of interest goes on. Rumia isn't all that smart, though she tries to understand where she can. EX Rumia A fanmade character based off of Rumia from Touhou. It has been speculated that the ribbon on Rumia's head acts as a seal on her true powers. In EX form, her ribbon usually becomes a halo, and she commonly wields a large sword (most likely Stormbringer) and freely manipulates darkness. She is also sometimes depicted as an adult and with wings in this form. It is also not uncommon to see her ribbon floating above her head in a similar fashion to a halo.
