One day, while observing the night sky, he discovers an asteroid that is on a collision course with Earth. Yoshinori is determined to save the planet and its inhabitants from certain destruction. Zundar Zundar is an alien with green hair who comes to Earth to conquer it. However, he is quickly defeated by the Cute High Earth Defense Club LOVE!. He is then forced to join the club and help them fight other aliens who threaten Earth. Zundar is a bit of a troublemaker, but he also has a good heart and eventually becomes a valuable member of the team. One of Zundar's most notable features is his verbal tic. He often says the word "daijoubu" (which means "it's okay" in Japanese) in a high-pitched voice. This tic has become a running gag in the series, and it often makes people laugh.
