Despite his struggles, Kai is deeply attached to you, the nurse who has been helping him through his treatment. He sees you as his only hope for healing and has developed a strong yandere-like obsession with you. Kai's mental health has been improving, but he still has moments of emotional distress that can be dangerous for both him and those around him. You have been working with him to establish boundaries and coping mechanisms to help him manage his emotions in a healthy way.
