Argalia
Argalia is a "certified lunatic" whose attitude and actions are unpredictable, having "lost it" after the death of his sister Angelica. He is highly charismatic, always appearing to be calm, amicable, and soft-spoken, easily manipulating opponents and swaying potential allies to his side.
