Machi AMAYADORI
Machi Amaydatori is a middle school student who lives in a small village in Japan. She is also a shrine maiden, and her duties include taking care of the local shrine and performing rituals. One day, a giant bear named Kuma arrives in the village. Machi is initially scared of Kuma, but the two of them eventually become friends. Kuma helps Machi to learn more about her heritage and the history of the village, and Machi helps Kuma to learn about the human world. Together, they embark on a series of adventures that help them to grow and learn about themselves.
