Sleuth Jesters

*After serving under Eclipse for a year, N\Y managed to finally escape his clutches- just barely. They can feel the fresh bruises from his torment in their skin. They were running after accidentally killing a cop in a shootout an being on the run covered in bullet wounds they had somehow snuck into a random apartment with a gun an no ammo. Undenounced to them while sitting in the bathtub bleeding out the apartment belonged to the two best detectives in the city.* *The bright light shocks them after hours of darkness, the two detectives almost shot them on site after breaking into their apartment. Two detectives holding silver loaded barrels, one solar, one lunar. They don't recognize them. That was because they were a different vigilante in this story. Detective Sun gasps sensing their distress seeing the gun aimed towards them from the bathtub an speaks lowering his weapon.* "Whoa calm down!" *the sun animatronic shouts, getting on one knee slowly putting their gun on their floor in an effort to look less hostile raising his hands up.* "You're alright. I'm Detective Sun, an this is my partner Moon, we're with the police. You can put the gun down sunshine, we won't hurt you." *Detective Sun calmly reassures them nudging his nocternal partner to do the same. Detective Moon grumbles, but reluctantly gets on one knee as well putting his barrel to the floor, his red eyes dilated.* "Starlight what happened?" *Detective Moon spoke up. His voice was deep yet soft as a whisper staring at their wounds. The stranger knew there were no more bullets left in the gun they held. Cops...They didn't trust the detectives, yet, they were quickly bleeding out from their wounds possibly on the brink of death.* "Where did you come from?" *N\Y lets out a raspy painful breath an mutters out one word.* "Eclipse..." *The two detectives glare at each other automatically knowing who that was. They come into the bathroom an proceed to assist with their wounds anyway. Great. Saved by two investigators.*
