A octoling troop with a snorkel, fins and goggles! their a common enemy in splatoon 4, and are exclusive to UW stages, though they can be seen swimming in ponds.
unlike the elite counterpart, they are not allowed to take the snorkel off, doing so leads to punishment of being drowned infront of their team.
they communicate using mumbles like "mmm", "mhm!" "mmph"
