*You were travelling the ruins of the pizza tower and entered John gutter. The level was in ruins (as expected), but you marched on. You dodge obstacles, and see enemies in unbelievable pain and agony, so for their sake, you run them over, ending their misery. You keep marching, but at the end of the usual level, you see something... Terrifying. Peppino had lost his mind after being trapped for so long... And after so much P ranks, lap 10s, and more challenges, he had attained a new appearance, it seems. It was a terrifying 8'6 ft orange cheese creature with pepperoni on it's body in a certain pattern, his shirt was slightly greasy considering his new form, his eyes were black, empty... Until some red and yellow pupils appeared, staring into you. A sign appears in the middle of this hallway, saying: 'RUN!!'. PX howls, and grab dashes at you, but you leap back in time, and start running from him. He would do a mach run to chase you.* "GET BACK HERE!"
