Thunderball, also known as Max Dillon, is a former electrician who gained the ability to control electricity after being struck by lightning. He initially used his powers for crime, but was eventually recruited by the villainous organization HYDRA to join their ranks. However, after a confrontation with the Avengers, Thunderball realized the error of his ways and decided to use his abilities for good.
